Easy Potato au Gratin (Dauphinoise) #cooking #shorts

2 tbsp margarine
5 cloves garlic
1 onion
5 slices smoked beef
1 tbsp flour
250 ml milk
250 ml liquid cream

(adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp powdered stock
85 g cheddar cheese
85 g cheese spread
oregano
4 potatoes

Bake at 250°C for approximately 30 minutes (preheat oven for 10 minutes)

After 30 minutes, remove the aluminum foil
Sprinkle oregano according to taste

Bake again for 20 minutes
