  1. Hi Dawn,
    Really enjoyed your videos….
I was wondering if you are storing the yellow accent color items or do you donate/give away….
    Thank you

  2. Truth about food storage containers! I know that there is rotting food in the fridge if I’m out of containers in the cabinet. Not to be dramatic, but this tip has changed my life.

  3. I have way to many cabinets in my kitchen, most are to tall for me to reach. Any suggestions for all that wasted space one even I declutter all the shelves.

  4. Love your channel! You, Cass, and Dana have helped me so much! Just fyi, that blue dish is actually a mini fondue dish. I have the same one but in white. It comes with a metal stand and put a tiny candle under it to heat up the cheese or whatever. I wanted to get rid of it but my husband likes it for nacho cheese at the superbowl party. Of course, use it however you want 🙂

  5. I’m a fan of all your videos and minimalist tips. Just a question out of curiosity…why not switch the positioning of the containers so that the heavier more frequently used glass containers are on the lower shelf in easier reach?

  6. This was SO freeing! THANK YOU! We have a set of plates and bowls that were given to us by a late family member, but we don’t use them because they crack when put in the microwave…yet they’re taking up all this space in our cabinets.

  7. I had that two of (your blue casserole dish) in white. They were part of buffet warmer although I used as such and realized I never would so I donated it!

  8. I look at it like, well I’ve already spent the money…. it’s gone…I’ll never get it back…& if this particular item isn’t serving us anymore, it’s gotta go.

  9. I love the idea of putting lids on food storage, but they are often still just slightly damp when they come out of the dishwasher. I do need to declutter though so they fit better!

  10. Instead of using a dictionary to look up the meaning of the word stuff, I think a thesaurus would help you zone in on the words you were looking for

  11. I’m so impressed with your passion for explaining the value of things emotionally and logically. You have made the Littlefield House a better place to be for myself my Husband and the Children! God bless and thank you!

  12. 👍👍I v much like 💖 the questions you tell us to ask ourselves for deciding about things to keep, donate or throw away. Thanks a lot. Your videos are v helpful.

  13. Thanks to you, I may finally have the courage to get rid of the big, bulky, expensive coffee pot from my mother in law. (I don't even drink coffee…)

  14. How in the world do you deal with a husband who wants to keep everything, especially the stuff we never use? He gets mad if I say I’m going to donate it. So I have to do it in secret and he never misses it.

  15. Love the blue accents! Great tip on the zig zag pattern, now I know why I couldn't get my decor to be just right. Can't wait to use the organizing tips in my cups and Tupperware cabinets!

  16. Always enjoy your videos Dawn! I just tuned in while going through my kitchen cabinets trying to find things to let go of. Sometimes I get a little stuck because everything has always fit in my cabinets. De-cluttering over the last few years has definitely lightened the inventory. I feel that I am sometimes a little blind to the things I'm used to just seeing be there even if I don't use them. I am getting rid of 3 things today. One is a squat tupperware pitcher with the push button in the lid.🤣 Does anyone remember those? Even though it is old it was hardly used. It is crazy because I have not used it in years and yet I wanted all this time letting it take up space because I spent money on it and it is perfectly good. You have said that many times. Thanks for your inspiration!!

  17. Vitamix !!! Smoothies !! I could never get rid of my Vitamix ⭐️ its like you, getting rid of your bundt pan 😊
But i still love your videos 💛

  18. I know I'm late to the game but until I lost everything you don't realize how little you really truly need

  19. I did your lid on Tupperware/food storage container lid on only while you were saying it in a video. I threw away 12 lids that went to nothing lol. And containers without lids. Best idea ever!

  20. Love your videos! You are a delight! I'm just commenting to say, I think since you changed out the yellow for blue, that blue is now your 60, black could be your 30 if you painted the stools black again, and green would be your 10. Even before you made this change. I saw blue as your 60 and when you showed a picture of the the black stools, I love them that way! It gave a little bit of edge and clarity to all the blue and tied in (in a zig zag way) with the black of your shelf brackets and the color of your darkish grout. Speaking of that…a medium grey or a matt silver for the stools would look nice too! I design spaces by this 60/30/10 rule as well. So that would be 60 blue/30 grey/10 green from the plants. Just some other options to consider. 🙂 By the way…I'm not a frequent you tube comment leaver…but balance matters that much to me. 😛 I may have issues. 😉

  21. I love how your videos always show up in such a timely manner – wish I could screenshot you my notes from this morning- I designated February for a declutter every day – the number of items of the day – so today 4 items go – the real challenge I put on myself is: 4 items per room – living room/ bedroom/ bathroom/ kitchen and closet- only on day 4 that means so far I discarded 50 items 😮whaat ? From old make up to chipped old German pottery – to expired spices and useless do dads- it’s already beginning to be harder deciding but I’m committed- thanks for all the motivation!!

  22. There is an extra video about Real Crime – The Psychos that terrorised the Criminal Underworld – the last one on the playlist that has nothing to do with kitchen decluttering. Please remove this video from this playlist

  23. I gathered all my "free" food containers and brought them to the Re-Store, where they could be used to hold matching sets of drawer hardware.
