Ufff. Se ve buenazo ese plato! Para mí, definitivamente debe llevar cebolla y un poquiiiito de azucar! Pero como tú dices, es un plato fácil para personalizar para cualquier paladar!

Te ha salido muy bien, enhorabuena. Prueba un día a hacerla con cebolla morada, le da un toque distinto. Respecto a lo que dices de que hay mucha variedad de tortillas, hoy me he comido una de collejas 🙂
