【男の自炊】#249 生ハムとクリームチーズの冷製パスタ “Dry-cured Ham and Cream Cheese Cold Pasta”

生ハムとクリームチーズの冷製パスタを作りました！
暑い日にオススメですので、是非作ってみて下さい。

【材料】
・生ハム：適量
・クリームチーズ：45g
・ズッキーニ：1/5本
・ミニトマト：5個
・スパゲティ：165g
・塩胡椒：適量
・乾燥バジル：適量
・黒胡椒：適量
・オリーブオイル：大さじ2
・にんにく：適量
・塩：小さじ1/2
・パルメザンチーズ：適量

【作り方】
１．生ハムとズッキーニを一口大に切る。
２．ズッキーニをオリーブオイルと塩胡椒で炒める。
３．スパゲティを茹で、流水で洗う。
４．生ハム・クリームチーズ・ズッキーニ・ミニトマト・スパゲティをバジル・黒胡椒・オリーブオイル・にんにく・塩・パルメザンチーズで和える。

I made Dry-cured Ham and Cream Cheese Cold Pasta!
I recommend this dish on a hot day.

[Ingredients]
-dry-cured ham : proper quantity
-cream cheese : 45g
-zucchini : 1/5
-cherry tomato : 5
-spaghetti : 165g
-salt & pepper : proper quantity
-dried basil : proper quantity
-black pepper : proper quantity
-olive oil : 2 tbsp
-garlic : proper quantity
-salt : 1/2 tsp
-Parmesan cheese : proper quantity

[Recipe]
1.Cut the ham and zucchini into bite sized pieces.
2.Stir-fry the zucchini with olive oil and salt and pepper.
3.Boil the spaghetti and rinse under running water.
4.Dress the prosciutto, cream cheese, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and spaghetti with basil, black pepper, olive oil, garlic, salt, and Parmesan cheese.
