長いも明太グラタン

長いも 300g
明太子 50g
玉ねぎ 1玉
しめじ 1袋
舞茸 1袋
マカロニ 50g

・ホワイトソース
バター 20g
薄力粉 大さじ2
牛乳 450g
コンソメ 1個(4g)
味を見ながら塩コショウ

薄ければ醤油を足して下さい!

Long yam mentaiko gratin

300g long yam
Mentaiko 50g
1 onion
1 bag of shimeji mushrooms
1 bag of Maitake mushrooms
Macaroni 50g

·White sauce
20g butter
2 tablespoons soft flour
450g milk
1 consommé (4g)
Salt and pepper to taste

If it’s too thin, add more soy sauce!

① Thoroughly remove dirt from long objects.
Grate half of it and mash the other half.
②Slice the onions thinly and loosen the mushrooms.
③ Cut the wiener into small pieces.
④ Fry the onions in butter until softened.
⑤ Once the other ingredients are stir-fried, add the flour and mix well until the flour is gone.
⑥ Add milk and consommé and adjust the taste with salt and pepper.
⑦ Add the macaroni that was boiled 1 minute earlier than indicated.
⑧Turn off the heat, add the long moto and mentaiko, and mix gently.
⑨Put in a heat-resistant plate and top with cheese.
Once the cheese is browned in the toaster, it’s done!
