【ハロウィングラタン】2個分
まず、カボチャは小さいものを選び、上から1/3のところを切り、中身を種ごとくり抜きます。
ペティナイフや彫刻刀で顔の形に彫ったら、蒸し器で10分くらい蒸します。
カボチャのサイズや種類によって火の入り具合が変わるので、ときどきチェックして下さい。
多少固くても、箸や串が刺されば大丈夫です。
次にソースを作ります。マカロニ20g分を茹でておきます。
ベーコン1枚、マッシュルーム2個、玉ねぎ1/4をカットし炒め、塩小さじ1、ナツメグ少々、胡椒少々で味付けします。
別の鍋でバター20gを溶かし、小麦粉20gを入れてよく混ぜ、そこに牛乳200mlを3回くらいに分けて入れ、
その都度よく混ぜます。
牛乳を全部入れたら、先ほど炒めたベーコン、マッシュルーム、玉ねぎと茹でておいたマカロニを入れて混ぜます。
それを蒸し上がったカボチャに入れ、上にスライスチーズ1/2とパン粉を乗せ、
予熱済み250度のオーブンで焼き、チーズに焼き色が付いたら完成です。
【材料一覧】2個分
小さめのカボチャ（坊ちゃん南瓜など）2個、マカロニ20g、
☆ベーコン1枚、マッシュルーム2個、玉ねぎ1/4、塩小さじ1ナツメグ少々、胡椒少々、
バター20g、小麦粉20g、牛乳200cc
スライスチーズ1枚、パン粉適量

Cut 1 bacon, 2 mushrooms and 1/4 onion and fry, season with 1 teaspoon salt, a little nutmeg and a little pepper.
Melt 20g of butter in another pan, add 20g of flour and mix well, then add 200ml of milk in 3 portions.
Mix well each time.
After adding all the milk, add the fried bacon, mushrooms, onions and boiled macaroni and mix.
Put it in a steamed pumpkin, put 1/2 sliced cheese and bread crumbs on top,
Bake in a preheated 482 ℉ oven, and when the cheese is browned, you’re done.

1 slice of cheese, appropriate amount of bread crumbs
