Octopus Ceviche – How To Make Sushi Series
This week, Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada shows you how to make our Octopus Ceviche which is very simple. Most all of your ingredients can be found in your local supermarket, with the exception being Yuzu juice, which is a Japanese fruit that closely resembles a grapefruit. Instead, use lemon or lime juice.
Give this a try and let us know how it came out. Comment below to share your thoughts! Thanks and we look forward to seeing you in our next episode 🙂
