This cake is low in calories and fat. Of course, you can make it with zero-calorie sugar.
The point of this recipe is not to whip the meringue too much. The cake will crack.

➢Cake Mold 15〜18cm. (6in.〜7in.)
300g unsweetened yogurt (1.05 cup)
3 egg yolks
54g flour (6 Tbsp)
3 egg whites
84g sugar (7 Tbsp)
-Optional
1 tbsp lemon juice
vanilla
Bake at 150°C(302F) for 60 min + 180°C(356F)for a few minutes to brown
*Egg size is L. 20g yolk and 40g egg white per egg.

  2. So, I tried this beautiful recipe today. It tastes amazing. However the appearance of mine was soooo far from this. The water bath dried and I didn't notice, so it cracked and it also burnt a bit on the bottom. But favor and texture 10/10.

  7. I’ve tried the recipe. It turns out looks very nice but it’s not my type of cake. I thought it will taste like cream cheesecake but turn out it tastes like yogurt , too sour for me😢
