It was in Rome in 1908 that this famous dish was invented. His wife gave birth and lost her appetite so Alfredo Di Lelio invented Alfredo pasta. This is my version, Shrimp Alfredo. How To Make This Famous Shrimp Alfredo | Shrimp Alfredo Recipe Ingredients:
1 pound shrimp
1/2 box Fettuccine Noodles (cooked according to package directions)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 ounce cream cheese, soften
1/4 cup onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped fine
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup heavy cream plus more if needed
1 2 tablespoons parsley plus more for garnish
PLEASE NOTE: I lost the footage of cooking the pasta. Please cook you pasta according
to package directions then drain and rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process
until ready to use.

  4. OMG you made me LOL. My Nonna used to make shrimp Alfredo and when I was a little girl my brother told me that the shrimp were snails so I would only eat the pasta. My brother ate "the snails!" I know better now. This recipe is a keeper! Looks so rich and creamy! ❤❤

  9. It sounds really good, but it has a lot of things not in traditional alfredo sauce. Like cream, spices/herbs, onions. Only butter, garlic, good parmesan like Parmasano reggiano grated into the pasta, butter, garlic.
