Ingredients for Watermelon salad【Serves:3~4 】
Cooking time about prep 20 mins + Cooking 5 mins

□小ぶりのスイカ半分 (Half a small watermelon)
□赤玉ネギ半分 (Half a Red onion)
□100gモッアレラチーズ (100g mozzarella cheese)
□塩漬けオリーブ数粒 (Some salt cured olives)
□お湯と冷水 (Hot water and ice water)

＜味付け : For seasoning↓↓＞
□ミント適量 (Mint, to taste)
□黒胡椒適量(Black pepper to taste)
□小さじ２杯程度のオリーブオイル (About 2 tsp of olive oil to taste)
