🔴 Ingredients:

For The Chili:

– 2 tbsps olive oil
– ½ lb ground beef
– ½ cup onion, diced
– 1 tsp chili powder
– 1 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 cup milk
– 4 slices cheddar cheese

For The Cheese Sauce:

– 1 ¼ cups plain yogurt
– ¼ cup mayonnaise
– 2 tbsps honey
– 2 tbsps chili sauce
– 1 tbsp black pepper

For The Fries:

– 3 large potatoes
– 1 tsp salt
– 6 tbsps cornstarch
– vegetable oil for frying
– fresh parsley for garnish

🟠 Instructions:

– Heat your SENSARTE Duramax Ceramic Nonstick Deep Frying Pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil and sauté the diced onion for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.

– Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.

– Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the beef.

– Pour in the milk and add the cheddar cheese slices. Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth and well combined.

– Let the chili simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The deep frying pan ensures even cooking and easy stirring.

– Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1-2 cm thick fries.
