✅Ingredients:
2 slices of artisan bread
2 eggs
1 ripe avocado
A pinch of salt
Sesame seeds
Ghee (clarified butter) for frying the bread
Instructions:
Heat a little ghee in a pan over medium heat. Toast the bread slices on both sides until they turn golden brown. This will take just a few minutes on each side.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and peel off the skin. Slice the avocado or mash it with a fork, then season with salt to taste.
Boil the eggs.
Arrange the toasted bread slices on a plate. Spread the avocado slices or mash on the bread, and then top with the cooked egg.
