    📜Ingredients

    500 g of tomatoes
    1 onion
    2 garlic cloves
    2 tbsp paprika
    1 red and orange pepper
    basil
    dill
    4 eggs
    salt pepper
    olive oil
    1 cup of water

    🔹How to make:
    🔸cut tomatoes in 4ths, dice onions, mince garlic cloves, dice the peppers, mince dill, dice basil
    🔸on low med heat add oil to the pan
    🔸add onions and your peppers and cook for around 5 to 8 minutes or till translucent onions
    🔸add your tomatoes to the pan, add water to the pan
    add the paprika into pan
    🔸let it simmer for 20 minutes and mix it all up. Your tomatoes should be fully liquid by now
    🔸add your basil dill, and garlic, and cook for 10 minutes
    🔸take each egg and crack it into the pan 1 per side, close the top, and cook for 4-5 minutes till you see the white
