今日は、春巻きの皮で簡単に出来るアップルパイをご紹介します♬
以前投稿した動画の改良版です☺️

すぐ出来て簡単なのに
もう本物よりも美味しいですよ😆✨

りんごを煮て春巻きの皮で包んでオーブンで焼きます。

油で揚げずに作るので低カロリーでオススメおやつです🥰

りんごの薬膳効果】

りんごは、水溶性食物繊維がとても豊富です。
腸内で水を吸って膨らみ、便秘や下痢、消化不良の改善効果や予防効果があります。

ブドウ糖やコレステロールの吸収も抑制してくれるので、がんの予防効果もありますよ。

Today, I’d like to introduce you to an easy apple pie that can be made with spring roll wrappers♬
This is an improved version of a video I posted previously☺️

It’s quick and easy to make, but it’s already tastier than the real thing😆✨

Boil the apples, wrap them in spring roll wrappers, and bake them in the oven.

It’s made without deep-frying, so it’s a low-calorie, recommended snack🥰

Medicinal effects of apples】

Apples are very rich in water-soluble dietary fiber.

They absorb water in the intestines and expand, improving and preventing constipation, diarrhea, and indigestion.

They also suppress the absorption of glucose and cholesterol, so they also have a cancer prevention effect.
