This is by far the best gluten-free flour mix I have made so I call it “Golden Ratio Gluten-free Flour Mix” .
グルテン無し、米粉と大麦粉を使った黄金比率の粉のミックスです。グルテンフリーとは思えない、ふんわりしっとりのワッフル。
It is fluffy and moist waffle recipe. You hardly taste banana in the waffle and you probably cannot tell it’s gluten-free. You can use same flour mix for cookies, pancakes and other baking goods.
この黄金比率の粉ミックスで、クッキーもパンケーキもなんでも美味しくできます。
