    Mexican shredded beef

    The ingredients

    1. One and a half boneless beef chuck roast
    2. One medium onion (sliced)
    3. One cup beef broth
    4. 1 (1 and quarter ounce) package taco seasoning mix
    5. 1 jar taco sauce about 16 ounces
    6. 1 diced green chilies about 7 ounces
    The procedures
    1. Place beef roast and onion into the slow cooker. In a small bowl combine taco seasoning and beef broth. Pour over the beef and onion. Cover and cook until tender. Shred the beef using two forks.
    2. Place the beef in a large bowl. Stir in taco sauce and green chilies. Use the shredded beef for whatever you like… quesadillas, tacos or burritos.
    3. And enjoy your meal.
