【タイ料理】超絶品！ガパオライスの作り方♪簡単なのに本場の味! How to make Gapao Rice.Thai stir fried minced pork with bashil.#8

【ingredients】
・200g ground chiken
・2 cloves garlic,minced
・2 chili peppers,minced
・bell pepper,mince
・green pepper,mince
・onion,minced
・1 egg
・bashil
・Thai rice

【seasonings】
す・oyster sauce tbsp1
・soysauce tsp1
・fish sauce tsp1
・Thai sweet soysauce tsp1
・chicken broth 1/4cup

※teaspoon(5ml) →tsp
tablespoon(15ml)→tbsp

①Heat the olive oil in a pan,add mincced garic and
chili peppers.

②Add ground chiken in it until its color changes,
add vegetables and basil.

③Add chicken broth/seasonings and cook off the
excess liquid.

④Place it on a plate with rice,topping with a sunny
side up egg and cucumber.
