Hey, it’s Aviva Goldfarb, and I am going to show you how to make cheesy, crispy nachos. But not just for a snack: these are actually nachos that you can actually eat for a Super Bowl party, or anytime you feel like a great snack, or a family dinner because they really have everything you need for a really fun and delicious family dinner. And, this is a recipe that your teen or tween can make with or even for you.

My kids, probably like a lot of other people’s kids, love nachos. They make them for themselves after school all the time as a snack, but sometimes we actually have them for dinner. And they can definitely make this recipe. So what we’re going to do is we’re going to brown some ground chicken—you can use ground turkey, ground beef, or meatless crumble, if you want to make it vegetarian, or even just beans—with some onions and some spices. And I’ve got the oven preheating to 375. I’ve got some tortilla chips in a skillet over here, and once the meat is cooked, we are going to layer things on the tortilla chips with some salsa, and some black beans, and of course, some cheese—they have to be cheesy, right? And we’re going to bake them all together and then they’re going to come out hot and crispy, and you can eat them with, of course, some guacamole or avocado and sour cream.

I cannot wait to dig into these nachos. And I am going to load mine up with some sour cream and avocado and salsa. I might even share with my family for dinner. But of course, this is a great game day recipe. And you can also check out our recipes for buffalo cauliflower bites and baked honey wings, and you can get all that information below this video, where we have the link to the full recipe and all the information you need to be a success in your kitchen.

If you like this recipe, don’t forget to give it a thumbs up, leave a comment, subscribe to the YouTube channel, and remember, you are never too busy to eat well! And I am not either—in fact, I’m going to do it right now.
