Ingredients
#1 Peanut butter porridge
– 1/2 cup of Oats
– 1/3 of a Banana
– Pinch of salt
– 1 tbsp of Peanut butter
– Pinch of Chia seeds
– 75ml Boiled water
Toppings
– Apple
– Granola
– Walnuts, Pecan nuts
– Blueberries

#2 Mini toasts
・Avocado toast
– 1/2 avocado
– 2 tsp vegan mayonnaise
– 1 tsp soy source
– Vegan cheese for the topping
– Sprinkle of black pepper
・Hummus veggie toast
– 1 tbsp of hummus
– Handful of spinach
– 4 slices of cucumber
– Pinch of sesame seeds
・Blueberry cream cheese toast
– Cream cheese
– Blueberry jam (if it’s homemade, handful of blueberries, 1 tbsp of water, 1 tbsp of agave syrup)
– Frozen fruits for topping
– Sprinkle of shredded coconuts
・Banana peanut butter toast
– 5 slices of banana
– A spread of peanut butter
– Walnut for the topping
– Pinch of cinnamon powder
– 1 tsp agave syrup

#3 Blueberry spinach smoothie
– Frozen blueberries 100g
– Banana 70g
– Apple 40g
– Spinach 10g
– Plant-based milk 50g
– Water 60g
– Chia seeds 1/2 tsp
