Veggie Sandwich with Guacamole Spread – The Perfect Snack Recipe!

We need:
Asparagus – ¼ cup
Mushrooms – ¼ cup
Tomato – ½ medium
Avocado – 1 medium
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Cilantro – 1 tsp
Coconut oil – 1 tbsp
1 leaf of lettuce
Jalapeno pepper – 2 or 3 slices
Bread – 2 slices

Let’s put it together:
In a frying pan coated with coconut oil, sauté the onion, asparagus and mushrooms.
Make the guacamole spread. Mash the avocado and add the cilantro, lime juice, slices of jalapeno and tomatoes.
Spread this on two slices of toasted bread.
Next put the leaf of lettuce on one piece of the toasted bread and add the vegetables sautéed earlier.
