Birria tacos in Camden Market 🌮 Birria tacos are truly amazing❤️ So flavourful and addictively good.
We have visited Meat Head Mexican a couple times now and thoroughly enjoyed their beef birria tacos 😌

#VideoDescription Holding the birria taco up with the meaty birria filling showing. The birria juice gets slowly poured all over the opening of the taco. The frame switches to a video of the birria tacos being made, the tortilla taco shells are dipped in the fat jucies of the stew and thrown onto the grill. There are 6 tortillas that have been thrown on the grill. Lots of grated cheese is added all over all of those birria juice infused tortillas. Chopped red onion is thrown on top. Then the juicy shredded beef birria meat is added to one side of each tortilla shell and they’re all folded over to complete the taco. They’re all flipped one more time for good measure, gotta make sure that cheese gets all melty! The lovely chef then stacks two of the tacos on top of eachother and holds them up to the camera to get a beautiful close up of the meaty cheesey taco. The tacos are placed into their serving plate, with a sprinkle of coriander and their pot of birria juices for dipping. And there now are being topped with a drizzle of hot sauce and a spoonful of guacamole is added. The birria taco is now being pulled apart reveal the how cheesey it is inside, we get an awesome cheese pull shot that just kept going and going. As we are pulling it apart the rich birria juices are dripping from the taco.
