150公克素肉醬
150g plant-based ground meat
100公克红洋葱切碎
100g red onion finely chopped
100公克番茄切碎
100g tomato finely chopped
50公克墨西哥辣椒切碎
50g Mexican jalapeño finely chopped
調味粉
seasoning
義大利甜醋少許
balsamic vinegar a bit
2克红辣椒粉
2g red chilli powder
2克黑胡椒粉
2g black pepper
2克的鹽
2g salt
2 克的咖喱粉
2g mild curry powder
80公克莫扎瑞拉起司絲
80g mozzarella shredded cheese
做法:
steps:
先用油把100公克红洋葱煎香
fry 100g red onion until fragrant
接著加入100公克的番茄
then add 100g tomato
接著加入調味料
then add seasoning
2克红辣椒粉
2g red chilli powder
2克黑胡椒粉
2g black pepper
2克的鹽
2g salt
2 克的咖喱粉
2g mild curry powder
再加入50公克的墨西哥辣椒
then add 50g jalapeños
150公克素肉醬
150g plant-based ground meat
80公克莫扎瑞拉起司絲
80g mozzarella cheese
蓋上蓋子1-2分鐘直到起司融化
cover with the lid for 1-2 minutes until cheese melt
或用烘培火炬來幫忙也可以的🤗
you may also use torch to melt the cheese🤗
