めちゃくちゃ美味しそうだったので日本で手に入れられそうな食材で実際に作ってみました

味は韓国風冷やし中華といった感じですごく美味しかったです
正直ナンプラーは苦手なのであまり入れたくなかったのですが多めの砂糖プラスお酢の効果で
クセが中和されて旨味だけが残ってくれるみたいです

そうめん1人前
キムチ30g
唐辛子小さじ1~大さじ2(食べる人の好みによる)
食べるラー油大さじ1
ナンプラー大さじ1
おろしにんにく小さじ2
醤油小さじ1
米酢大さじ1
砂糖大さじ1.5
ゴマ油大さじ1
卵黄、キュウリ、海苔、小ねぎ好きなだけ

It looked so delicious that I actually made it with ingredients I could find in Japan!

It tasted just like Korean-style hiyashi chuka (Japanese-style cold noodles) and was very tasty!
To be honest, I don’t like fish sauce, so I didn’t want to put it in too much, but the extra sugar and vinegar neutralized the taste and left me with a delicious flavor.
But with a lot of sugar and vinegar, the peculiarity is neutralized and only the flavor remains.

Somen noodles for 1 person
30g kimchi
1 teaspoon to 2 tablespoons chili pepper (depending on the taste of the person eating it)
1 tablespoon of chili oil
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons grated garlic
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1.5 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
As many egg yolks, cucumbers, nori (seaweed), and small green onions as you like
