The BEST way to save your guacamole
No more brown guacamole. You want to start out by completely flattening the surface. Then you’re just going to take regular old saran wrap and completely cover it edge to edge. Now, in order to prevent the oxidation, you want to make sure you have full contact with your guacamole. So, start in the center and then just push your way out all the way to the edge. Then, just bunch up the excess saran wrap. And there you go.
Because adding back in the pit is a myth

You can also put a layer of lime juice on top in addition to cling wrap
Never had to wrap mine. I make lots but I definitely eat it all 😂
you can also leave the pit in the guac, cover it and it won’t turn brown
Or just put the pit in? Stays green and seems easier.
Pro tip… put it in any bowl, smooth out the top of guac and gently pour purified water on top. When ready to reuse, dump pot the water and mix. No plastic necessary 😊
or you could use lemon
I want to bury my face in that bowl💚💚💚💚💚 I ADORE guacamole, and I've never seen that much at once😍😍😍
What about putting a lid on top and filling it with an inert gas (N2, Ar, etc.)?
“put plastic wrap on it”
Dude… just coat the top with extra lime juice then slap on the wrap… no playing with bubbles or edges
I'm literally making guacamole rn
Just leave the seeds in the guac that helps preserve it too
I taught my staff this at Subway
Bold of you to assume i won't immediately finish it the second i make it.
Put the avocado seed in the guac to it'll keep it green that way to
Thank you!
I use water lol
You didn't involve the part where you came inside of it six times
To any that didn't get it ,like me
At the start he says
" No more brown gwakamole "
You’re a chubby little home oh. I’d like to make you squeal like a little oinker
Also by adding lemon to it, as well as leaving the seed inside (sounds dumb but trust it)
Lime
Are you a better cook then EL COOK!
Thank you
lemon
You can also put some lime juice on it too
I do this with my jars of tomato paste because otherwise it grows mold in a few days
Easier: olive oil on top, if you've just got a small container, put a layer of olive oil, or any oil over it, it will stay on top of the guac and also prevent oxidatiion.
