Genuinely one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Could have pickled the veggies but didn’t really need to. A sandwich rich in history that I’ve done my little take on. Pâté really makes all the difference as does the mint which is completely essential. Definitely a big one to give a go at your earliest convenience.
