  1. That looks amazing. I want to know how much you can push at the gym, now compared to when you first started. Do you ever test any theories about strength, protein, macros, micros, carbs vs calories or whatever…. It's safe to say adequate protein is going to make gym pushing easier.

    What's your tape measurements now compared to when you started?

    Do you fast or cleanse?

  2. chef cuso your a great cool but idk if your revenue comes from your seasonings or how expensive it is to make, but could you possibly make it like 2-3 dollars cheaper because i cant really afford it but it look tasty and i wanna try it so bad, anyways keep doing your thing man
