This Tom Yum Noodle makes me feel like home again 🍜🇹🇭

“Tom Yum” is a Thai word that means a sour and spicy soup. Most foreigners might know it as “Tom Yum Kung (prawn)”, one of the famous Thai dishes. There are many different ways to make Tom Yum and today I’m gonna show you how to make Tom Yum Noodle …with vegan balls as promised. It makes me feel very much like home again ☺️

Serving: 2

You need:
Vegan balls 8 – check out my previous video for the recipe
Water 600 ml
Soy sauce 2-3 tbs
Carrot 1 (sliced)
Bok choy 1 (chop the stems for the soup and keep the leaves for the veggie balls)
Mushroom 2
Noodle of your choice
Tom yum paste – stay tuned for the recipe

Follow these steps:
1. Cook your noodle and set it aside
2. Boil the water then add soy sauce, bok choy stems, carrots and mushrooms
3. Quickly boil bok choy leaves (each at a time) and use it for wrapping the vegan balls. Then place them on the cooked noodle
4. Add Tom Yum Paste and pour the veggie soup onto everything. Add the mushroom and/or other veggies from the soup
