Beef Cheek Tacos Recipe

Season beef cheeks with kosher salt, coarse pepper and onion powder
Smoke at 275 till it reaches an internal temp of 160, about 2-2 1/2 hrs
Then add 1 onion, 1 bulb of garlic into a pan. Add beef cheeks to pan and fill with beef broth about 1inch deep. Top beef with wagyu beef tallow. Then braise for 4-5 hrs flipping once halfway through the cook. Once done shred that meat up and add to some warm corn tortillas. Top it off with Chimichurri or salsa and some cheese. Boom!
