Sliced bread
Cooked sausage links
2 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla.
Roll each slice of bread flat with a rolling pin or pat flat with your hands.
Place sausage at the edge of the bread, and roll up.
Dip each roll-up in egg mixture, and pan fry in a buttered skillet until all sides are golden brown.
