Roast Pork with Harvest Vegetables – Gluten Free Recipe
This pork loin with harvest roasted vegetables couldn’t be easier to make since it’s all roasted in a large baking pan lined with heavy duty foil for easier clean-up. The potatoes and root vegetables might have an autumn feel but the roast itself is marinated with the brighter flavors of citrus, garlic, and rosemary. I’ve also thrown in some red seedless grapes to add more brightness or even a holiday feel to this easy weeknight dinner.

Pork with grapes.. It makes my mouth water =) Thanks for the recipe Anne!
Ooooooooooooooo, this looks delicious! I've never tried pork and grapes before! It sounds delicious! Thanks for the great idea!:)
Your timing is impeccable. Just when I am ready to hit the hay, your great cooking makes me feel hungry 🙂 And it's not good to eat so late Anne 🙁
It's an upside down world Anne, We have just had the warmest day this spring and the rest of the world is starting it's winter comfort foods.
That pork looked so moist, it must have been D….'licious
Thank you and Thumbs up 🙂
Steve
Thanks for stopping by. It was definitely delicious.
But I'm coveting your warm spring day.
We could certainly use a bit of sunshine right about now.
I hope that you wake up to another sunny spring day tomorrow.
This was my first time with the grapes too. I was surprised at just how good they were.
Thanks so much Eugenie.
Haha, The roast does look good snuggled in with all the veggies.
But while I was trying to get that perfect looking photo, my family was whining and complaining that their food was getting cold. And I try not to take more than 5 minutes. lol I'm sure you might know what I'm talking about.
Looks divine 🙂

Thanks Brenda, It was a great dinner. And, I've been having all sorts of problems with videos on my YT stream too. It can be very annoying dealing with these techno bugs.
Very colorful take on this pork loin recipe. Looks, and I am sure is it top of the line! Great job.
That's a really great idea to buy the huge one when it's on sale and chop it up. Roasts are a great meal this time of the year. There's nothing like the smell of a roast in the oven.
Thanks a million Glen. I always appreciate it when you stop by.
