Vegan Veggie Burgers (plant-based, oil-free, gluten-free)

A vegan veggie burger that has flavor, texture, heartiness, and is made with…wait for it…VEGGIES! I don’t know about you, but most of the veggie burgers I’ve ever had don’t have a lot of vegetables in them. Not this burger! It’s packed full of veggies but it doesn’t taste like a pile of kale. It’s savory, meaty, NOT MUSHY, and super yummy! Oh yeah, and it’s also plant-based, oil-free, gluten-free, grain-free, and nut-free. Let’s get this veggie burger party started! What? That’s a thing!

  5. Its obvious you put a lot of time and research into doing your dishes and presentation. Thanks for all your work! My question is, what holds these burgers together so they don't crumble? Is it the barbeque sauce? The fat from the pepitas? Most veg burger recipes rely on nuts and oils, but not yours…good job!

  6. Try adding a mixture of cumin powder, cinnamon, cayenne powder, and oregano. It will give it a Mexican taste you will love.
