INGREDIENTS
12 to 15 slices of bread
4 oz (113 g) softened cream cheese
1 Tbsp (12.5 g) sugar
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (118 ml) whole milk or heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of nutmeg (grated or ground)
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter (for griddle)
3 Tbsp cooking oil (for griddle)
