    〜材料（2人分）〜
    ・ソーセージ・・・6本
    ・レンズ豆・・・・100g
    ・ベーコン・・・・100g
    ・玉ねぎ・・・・・1/2個
    ・にんじん・・・・1/2本
    ・水・・・・・・・600g

    ☆作り方☆

    ①【ソーセージ】は金串などで７〜８箇所穴を空けておきます。
    ※穴を空けることで皮が破れにくくなり、煮込んだときに旨味が煮汁に広がりやすくなります。

    ②【ベーコン】【にんじん】は一口大に切り、【玉ねぎ】はみじん切りにします。

    ③鍋を火にかけて玉ねぎを水分が出なくなるまで炒めます。

    ④にんじんを入れてサッと炒めてから、レンズ豆、【水】、ベーコン、ソーセージを入れて沸騰させます。

    ⑤沸騰したら弱火にしてレンズ豆が柔らかくなるまで煮込みます。
    ※煮汁が少なくなったらひたひたになるまで水を足します。

    ⑥煮汁を少し残して煮詰めたら完成です。

    ~Ingredients (for 2 persons)~
    sausages – 6
    Lentils – 100g
    Bacon – 100g
    Onion – 1/2 pieces
    Carrots – 1/2 carrots
    Water – 600g

    How to make

    1, Make 7 or 8 holes in the sausage with a metal skewer.
    (1) Make 7 to 8 holes in the sausage with a metal skewer. Making holes in the skin makes it harder for the skin to break and makes it easier for the flavor to spread into the cooking liquid when it is cooked.

    2, Cut the bacon and carrots into bite-sized pieces, and chop the onions.

    3, Heat a pan and fry the onions until no water is left.

    4, Add the carrots, lentils, water, bacon and sausage and bring to a boil.

    5, Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer until the lentils are tender.
    Leave a little of the cooking water and cook until the lentils are tender.

    6, Leave some of the liquid to simmer down and it is ready to serve.
