To any English speakers stumbling upon this video, the restaurant in this video (Pino Rosso) is one of the best Italian restaurants in all of Japan, if not the world. I do not say that lightly, as an Italian myself. It is worth the trip to Tsuwano just to dine here (and some of the other shockingly good restaurants in the area). I don't understand why a tiny Japanese mountain village has such amazing cuisine either, but 3 of my top 5 Italian (restaurant) meals of all time have been there.
