今回は、手羽先の韓国風甘辛煮のご紹介です。
これは辛くない甘辛味で日本のレシピと似ていると思います。
韓国でも家でよく食べている家庭料理です。

This sauce is based on soy sauce so that everyone can enjoy this food and It’s not only a meal at home, but good with beer.
In Korea, we have a lot of recipes even though we do not use spicy sauce such as gochujang(hot pepper paste) or gochugaru(hot pepper flakes).
When cooking chicken in Korea, there are two versions(spicy and non-spicy) and today’s recipe is not-spicy version.
