This is the “Kaga Bar Hojicha and Kuromitsu Japanese Tiramisu” purchased at a store just outside the ticket gate of Kanazawa Station, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture. On the surface is a jelly of molasses. Layers of mascarpone cream, hojicha mousse and genoise. The surface is garnished with gold dust. You can taste Kanazawa’s specialty in this tiramisu.
