  1. That guy is no professional! Absolutely no need to move pan around to "heat it evenly". A good quality, triple layered, heavy based chefs pan will heat evenly if left alone. No need to add salt, light soy sauce is all the seasoning needed. No "professional" would add too much oil then have to remove some. No professional would add the boiled rice in a solid lump it would be loosened before adding to the pan. A very unconvincing demonstration. I can do much better and I am just a ken amateur.

  2. I don't speak Chinese but judging by the number of Chinese comments I figure this must be the best egg fried rice recipe ever and I should try to make it.

    フライパンに入れる前に。
    先ずは「それ」からだ。
    叉焼じゃないって。
    ホンマに美味い炒飯は「クッキングハム」だって。
    文句言わせない。
