1️⃣ Street-side charcoal pork – smoky, sweet, slightly charred edges
2️⃣ Clay oven bánh mì – freshly baked & crackly bread
3️⃣ The sit-down spot just off the main strip – double the filling, double the flavour (we actually preferred this to the famous Banh Mi 25 down the road 👀). We got 2 beers + banh mi for £2.
