EASY Tom Yum Noodle Soup in 15 Minutes! 😋🔥
Ingredients (For 1 serving)
• 300 ml water
• ½ cube chicken stock (I used Knorr Brand)
• 100 g Rice noodles (thin)
• 30 g Ground pork
• A pinch of salt
• Boiled shrimp
• Boiled squid
• Mussels (New Zealand)
• Fish balls (boiled)
• Fried fish rolls (blanched)
• Crispy wonton sheet
• 50 g Broccoli (blanched)
• ½ tbsp Garlic oil
Tom Yum Seasoning 👩🏻🍳
• 1½ tsp ground chili flakes
• 1½ tsp sugar
• 1½ tsp fresh lime juice
• ½ tbsp + 1 tsp mushroom soy sauce
• 5 g chopped culantro
How to Make 👩🏻🍳
1. Boil water in a pot, blanch shrimp, squid, fish balls, fried fish rolls, and mussels. Remove and set aside.
2. In a bowl, mix ground chili, sugar, lime juice, mushroom soy sauce, and chopped culantro. Set aside.
3. (For noodles) Boil water, cook rice noodles until soft, then place in a bowl. Toss with garlic oil.
4. Add shrimp, squid, fish balls, mussels, broccoli, and crispy wonton into the noodle bowl.
5. In another pot, bring 300 ml of water to a boil. Add chicken stock cube. Season ground pork with a little salt, shape into thin pieces, and cook until done.
6. Pour the hot pork broth into the tom yum seasoning, mix well, then ladle over the noodles.
7. Serve and enjoy! 😍
