小雨の朝に湖へ出かけ、緑色が一面に広がる風景の中で海鮮タコスを頂きました。メキシコローカル食材の調達はなかなか難しいが、代用品を探し、本場に近い味を頑張って作りました。

We went to the lake in a light rainy morning, with a beautiful green scenery we had some seafood tacos, not with the real mexican ingredients, but we found what we could and the fresh ingredients made them very good.

Fuimos al lago en una mañana con lluvia ligera, junto al bello color verde del paisaje preparamos unos tacos de mariscos, no realmente tacos a la mexicana, debido a la dificultad de encontrar los ingredientes, pero pudimos preparar unos tacos muy sabrosos.
