#22 りんごジャムマフィン|卵白消費|傷んだりんご消費

Hiya! Because I got a muffin tin, made jam by using old apples, and had leftover egg white from previous cake baking, I am baking apple jam muffin with egg white today 🙂 Btw, on the last weekend, the daylight saving time ended. I adjusted the clock an hour, then the morning became a bit brighter and the evening became a bit darker. This time adjustment seems to end this year When you change the clock again next spring, you don’t have to return it anymore, I heard. After that, one time will be used all year round like Japan. It would be good because there would not be confusion, but I personally liked this change somehow, so I might miss it :p The dough looks ready :> Once you put the jam and mix with the dough, you can just bake it in the oven. Because I didn’t have muffin paper cups, I made them with baking paper one by one. I was happy that they fit in the muffin tin very well 🙂 After you put the dough into the cups, remove the air inside of the dough. Baking in the oven which already warmed up. 余った卵白消費目的で、傷んだりんごで作ったジャムを混ぜ込んだマフィンを焼いてみました。
できたマフィンにジャムを添えて食べるとなお美味しかったです。
