with Coobo here in the kitchen. Okay, girl. Nachos is one of my favorite cheat meals to make. You’re getting ready to show me how to like do this thing up. Okay. Yes. So, we set the oven to 350. It’s preheated. We have our buffalo chicken dip for our sandwiches in there. And we’re going to just take the sheetpan. I laid the chips out. And we’re making vegetarian sheet pan nachos. So, if you wanted to take the black beans and dump them all over. Okay. Just all over. Just Oh, black beans. Hey. And then the corn next. And the nice thing is about this, you can put a mix of whatever you have in your pantry on veggies, cheeses. I like nacho cheese in the oven because it melts all over the chips. Like cheese, the cheesier the better for my nachos. Uh and then I’ll have you grab these jalapenos and dump those all over. Yeah. Now, can you do I mean obviously you can do like different types of uh shredded cheese, but doesn’t matter. Like I mean the more cheese the better, right? I like the cheddar cheese blend. So we’ll just do like some of the nacho cheese cuz you can dip it in afterwards as well. And we’re just going to do a little bit of red onion because you don’t need like a ton of red onion. I love red onions. So, we’ll put extra on for you. There you go. Just throw a couple mints in afterwards. You’ll be fine. Okay. And then some green chilies because this adds like a nice little spice to it. And you can see how good these look. You don’t want that naked chip because you ever had nachos out and you’re like, “Why are there so many plain chips? This stinks.” Yeah. You pick up the one chip and it has all of the toppings on one chip. I hate when that happens. Okay, so we got some tomatoes out here. And then shred the cheese on up. This will be so good. And if you want to get fancy, you can do a mix of chili powder and cumin and all the seasonings. Or you can just grab one of these classic taco seasoning mixes like from Taco Tuesday and just do a nice little drizzle on top. Listen, the easier the better. You know, you got other things to worry about. So, whatever can make your life easier, I’m down for it. And look at that. Just like that, we made perfect sheep pan nachos. These are all ready to go in the oven. So, we’re going to take these on over here. We’re going to pop them in the oven. You can see the buffalo chicken dip is already in. And in about 20 minutes, we’ll check. And if they’re not cheesy enough, we can add extra cheese on top. And then as soon as those get out of the oven, we take some fresh cilantro and put the cilantro on top of them. And then after that, we have some sour cream over here, some salsa as well. Get some guac if you want to go
