Some pellets in the smoker boxes – for a bit of smokey flavour (I have the ex6 and the new q3200xyz+#$ (whatever the new model is 😂) and just got the new smoker boxes with the trivet – need options for total fire ban days 😅
Love a good banh mi – spoilt for options with one of the top Sydney ones <1km away – but the 1+hr queues at lunch time are insane – so we go early, or plenty of other great choices nearby too
However a good home made one is hard to beat as well ❤
