Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make egg soup. I will be making a very simple egg soup with just eggs. I will show you various ways to make eggs fluffy. In addition, I will also introduce a simple recipe using this egg soup. The ingredients are easy to find and very simple to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Eggs, leeks, water, potato starch, granulated consommé, chicken broth stock, dashi stock, sesame oil, salt and pepper are the ingredients I will use. The key to this soup is the three granulated broths. Adding these three broths creates a synergistic effect of umami, resulting in a very tasty finish. Please try to make it with these three kinds. Then I also add sesame oil for aromatization. We also recommend raayu or scallion oil here, if you like. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home I will make it right away. I will start by cutting the small leeks. Cut off the root of the small leeks. Then cut them in half first so that they are easier to cut. And then cut them into round slices with the cut edges aligned. Cut the small leeks like this. Next, beat the eggs. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Then mix the eggs thoroughly. Mix the whites well, too. Eggs are now ready. Mix well and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Then mix well. The eggs are now ready. Next, I make potato starch. A little bit of this water-soluble potato starch will make the eggs fluffy. First is the potato starch in the bowl. Then add water. Now mix well. This is the potato starch dissolved in water. If you use too much potato starch, the soup will be a little heavy, so you really only need to thicken it a little. I will make it now. Easy recipes at home Now please prepare the pot. First, put water in this. Then, add three kinds of dashi stock of this time’s key granule. First, add three kinds of consommé, chicken soup stock, and granulated dashi stock. Then put it on the fire. Heat is medium. Continue to heat until it boils once. This time it’s a simple egg soup, but if you want to add ingredients, try adding them at this point. Once on the heat, heat it up, stirring occasionally like this. Boiling. When boiling, turn off heat. After turning off heat, add potato starch dissolved in water. If you add this while the mixture is still on the heat, it will become lumpy, so be sure to turn off the heat before adding. The potato starch has settled a little, so mix well again. Then, turn the mixture with a spatula. And mix it once. It is not yet on the fire. Let’s see if you can tell. It has thickened just a little bit. You can’t tell much by looking at it. That’s about right. Then you can re-boil it again. Re-boiled. Then I turn down the heat a little bit. Then turn down the heat to medium and let it get to this level. Then, turn the egg mixture into the pan using the chopsticks. By doing so, the eggs will be finished nicely. When adding the eggs, be sure to add them while the mixture is still boiling like this. Now add it in. Gently turn and insert. Let’s turn it in thinly. Then the egg will float nicely like this. Once added, do not fiddle with the inside immediately, but let it heat for about 10 seconds. When the egg is added, the temperature drops a little and it becomes a little less soggy, but gradually it starts to get soggy from the skin of the pan like this. When the temperature is this low, I stir the mixture lightly with chopsticks. OK. Turns off fire. After turning off the heat, turn on the sesame oil for the last time. Then mix. Now the fluffy egg soup is ready. Now I would like to put it in a bowl and sprinkle some green onions. Easy recipes at home Now I will also go on to introduce a simple arrangement of porridge using the egg soup I just completed. Here are the ingredients. Cold rice, egg soup, eggs, melted cheese, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, small green onions, and these ingredients. The material is very simple. I would like to make an egg porridge with one more egg added. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now I will make egg porridge. First, crack an egg into a bowl. Then lightly beat the eggs. When making rice porridge, mix until there is a little bit of white left in the mixture. Then add the egg soup first in the pan. Then I’ll add the rice already in this mixture. Put this hiya rice in. And then here is grated ginger and a pinch of salt. Now I put it on the fire. The heat is medium. First I heat this one while stirring well. Heat the rice while breaking it up well so that it does not become lumps. When the surface of the pan starts to become soggy, reduce the heat to medium-low. Continue to cook for 1 minute. After about 1 minute of cooking, turn the beaten egg again, letting it run down the chopsticks. Then melted cheese is added here. Let’s continue to heat until the cheese melts. Continue to heat like this without stirring. When the cheese is roughly 80-90% melted, turn off the heat. Then cover with lid. Continue steaming for 1 minute. One minute has passed. Lid is opened. The cheese has melted like this and the eggs are tender and semi-cooked. And finally, sprinkled with small green onions and finished with black pepper. As you can see, a tender and delicious-looking porridge is now finished. Adjust the intensity of the flavor with salt to your liking. If you like it even spicier, you can also add raayu (Chinese chili oil) here. Easy recipes at home Now the fluffy egg soup is ready. When you add the eggs, make sure that the water in the pot is simmering. If you use a spoon to pour the eggs into the pan, the eggs will be thin and will go into the pan, making for a very beautiful result. And after you put the eggs in, don’t stir immediately, wait 10 seconds. If you mix it right away, the egg mixture will get muddy in the soup, so be sure to let it sit for a little while before mixing. And this time I also introduced a simple recipe using egg soup. ・顆粒コンソメ 小さじ1
・鶏ガラスープの素 小さじ1
・だしの素 小さじ1
・ごま油 小さじ1
・塩胡椒 適量
■雑炊
・冷や飯 150g
・たまごスープ 300ml
・卵 1個
・とろけるチーズ 20g
・おろし生姜 小さじ1/2
・塩 ひとつまみ
・黒胡椒 適量
・小ネギ 適量
【ingredients】

・1 Small green onion
・600ml ,1 tbsp Water
・1 tsp Potato starch
・1 tsp Consomme granules
・1 tsp Chicken stock powder
・1 tsp Dashi stock

・1 Egg
・20g Melting cheese
