なすとごまのペースト | ババガヌーシュ /Eggplant sesame paste #shorts #なす #ディップ

An eggplant paste that is eaten in the Mediterranean region. Add garlic, sesame seeds, and oil to the grilled eggplant and make a paste. Make incisions in the three eggplants and grill them for 10 to 20 minutes over high heat on the fish grill. Bake until the skin turns black and the eggplant is tender. Take it out and peel it while it’s hot. As it is, it will be a little watery, so let’s drain it. Put it in a colander and leave it for 30 minutes, then wring it out with a paper towel. Grate and add ground sesame seeds, cumin powder and garlic. Juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and olive oil. Blend with a mixer or hand blender until smooth. Freshly made, the taste is different, but if you leave it overnight, it will become familiar and delicious. Enjoy as a dip for raw vegetables or with bread.
