Thanks for watching me today, I’m Miyu. Today I am having mentaiko cheese cream pasta. I added 500g of mozzarella cheese to 4 servings of mentaiko cream pasta! It’s too rich. Glutinous noodles and thick cream sauce are well mixed. It is as filling as a rice cake. It’s too rich, but the spicy mentaiko makes it easy to eat. The strong, robust flavor gives me the best appetite. I’ve had mentaiko cream pasta several times, but this time I wanted to try a slight variation. When I thought of things that go well with mentaiko, cream, mayonnaise, butter, and cheese came to mind. This time I missed the stretchy cheese pasta, so I made mentaiko cheese cream pasta. The cheese was stretchy in the sauce stage, but when I tossed it with the noodles, it didn’t stretch much. But it turned out to be sticky and melt-in-your-mouth delicious! Drinks are Coke. Coke goes well with cheese. The noodles are fresh fettuccine. I love it, too sticky. I was going to have thin fresh noodles, but the fettuccine was discounted to 50 yen, so I decided to have fettuccine. I was worried that the discount might mean they would no longer have it in stock, I asked the waitress and she said it would be back in stock again, so I was glad. I can’t make my pasta videos without this fresh pasta!LOL! I want to take lots of pasta videos in the future. It’s so delicious. I had a mouthful of cod roe today for this shoot and it’s so good. Pasta is my favorite food, so it’s always good. Pasta, ramen, udon, kishimen, I love all noodles. Noodles are great, aren’t they? Noodles and curry rice were my favorite at school lunch. Noodles and curry rice for school lunch are probably everyone’s favorite It was supposed to be a stretchy cheese pasta, but it looks almost like an ordinary cream pasta. Still, I’m happy if you can feel the richness of the cheese. The mozzarella cheese made it stickier and richer than usual. I’d love to try a simple cheese cream pasta again. The way I make this pasta sauce, I add mozzarella cheese to the cream sauce and mix in the cod roe. The mozzarella cheese looks too good at the stage where you put it in, do you need mentaiko?lol. But I’m glad I put it in because it was spicy and delicious. Onions are also in the sauce. The onions are sometimes crunchy. I think it tastes really good with onions. Also, garlic is in it. Garlic is a must for pasta. These plates are pretty, aren’t they? This is my recent favorite. This plate is from a store called Royal Copenhagen.
