■豚バラトッポギ風炒め
角餅…4個
白菜キムチ…250g
豚バラ…200g
ニラ…1/3束
白いりゴマ…小さじ1
塩・こしょう…少々
ごま油…大さじ1
しょうゆ…小さじ1/2

①角餅はトッポギのように縦に棒状(縦4等分)に切る。
 豚バラに塩・こしょうを振る。ニラは3㎝幅に切る。
②フライパンに油を熱し、豚肉を炒める。豚の色が変わってきたら、
 白菜キムチを入れて炒める。しんなりしてきたら角餅を入れていためる。
③しょうゆを回し入れ、ニラを入れて炒め合わせる。塩・こしょうで味をととのえる。
④仕上がりにごまをふる。

■筑前煮で簡単おこわ
角餅…2個
筑前煮のあまり…300g
米…3合
しょうゆ…大さじ1/2
塩…少々

①米を洗う。餅はさいのめ切りにする。
②炊飯器に洗った米、炊飯器の汁、水を目盛りより少し少なく入れる。
③具材、餅を入れて炊飯する。
④炊飯後混ぜ、しょうゆ、塩を混ぜる。

■もち巾着
餅…2個
油揚げ…2枚
めんつゆ…大さじ4
すりおろししょうが…少量
水…200ml
七味唐辛子…少々

①餅は半分に切る。
②油揚げは熱湯(分量外)をかけて半分に切る。
 菜箸を使ってころころと。袋状にし、①の餅を入れる。
③つまようじで縫うようにとめる。
④鍋に水、めんつゆ、すりおろし生姜を入れて温め、③を入れて煮る。
⑤10分ほど煮る。お好みで七味を振る。
