オレンジ、フェンネル、ピスタチオ、パルメザンチーズを使った簡単ビーツサラダ – ホリデーシーズンにぴったり!
[Music] Hello everyone. This is Ina with Inka Chef.
Welcome to my kitchen. Today I want to show you how to make healthy and easy beet salad. For
the ingredients, we need beads. And I’m going to be lazy today. And I’m using pickle beads. I
love this kind because it’s come in a glass jar. And also it’s has not too much but little bit of
acidity. It’s a perfect combination of sweetness and salad. Another ingredients very common to use
with beets, it’s fennel. It’s so refreshing. It’s so aromatic. Almost like licorice when it’s fresh,
but it’s going to be delicious and just compliment those beets. Let’s do it. We’ll cut off this
part and I will use for garnish later on. But now about bulb. I love this bulb. You can roast
or you can eat fresh like we’re going to do today for salad. You can use so many different ways like
to cut and get rid of this middle. Just like that. We probably need just a half.
It’s just enough. I think kind of like little tiny slices,
very thin. They can take dressing and all flavor and this tiny pieces
is that challenge me. Yeah, we’ll just make quick dressing. And for the dressing, we’ll
take orange kind of to match the flavor of citrus uh component. Also we add one lime and one lemon. This sal sal sal sal sal sal sal sal sal sal
sal sal sal sal sal sal sal sal sal sal salad is so wonderful for lunch light lunch
also nice as a side salad for your some fancy dinner nice for brunch we haven’t
used lunch dinner is perfect I love to have the salad in the fall or winter it’s so
bright color kind of cheer you up in winter got one more. Got this one I have here.
If you here is my little helper in the kitchen. Let’s not waste any juice. We got
about half2 cup of juice. Add some juice. Nice pinch of salt. Probably about
half teaspoon. Maple syrup about two tablespoon. And Djon mustard about 1
tspoon or so. This dressing such a classic. And now just about slowly we’re
going to add about one cup of olive oil. It’s getting thicker. I
start feel little bit resistance. Let’s taste. It’s actually delicious. It’s actually very
perfect. Uh this sweetness of maple syrup cuts through that good quality of oil or olive oil.
You know, it has nice and bitterness. That’s exactly what what you want when you’re buying
olive oil. So the dressing beautiful golden dress is ready and we’re going to use half about
half to um kind of dresses beautiful vegetables. It’s colorful. It’s pretty. Normally, you know, I like to roast my
vegetables and I have so many recipes with roasted beets on my website. Today, I
actually going to be lazy and I’m going to use this pickled which is so common in south
especially older generation loves to eat. We need two jars of 16 oz of pickle
beets. This is the first layer we got. Now I like to add little bit parsley at this
point. That’s parsley gives little color. also like to add this for garnish. Um, fennel.
Fennel so good for your digestive system. And another layer we lay with a parmesan. For this
recipe, make sure your parmesan is a good quality. Such a beautiful contrast. This salad can be so bright and beautiful on
your table, holiday table. I would like to sprinkle a
little bit with salt. Just a bit and crack freshly ground black pepper. Spice is
a medicine, right? Why not to eat more spices even on a salad? Why not? It’s a be It’s a
beautiful combination. And the final layer I think every component in
its salad it’s super food. It’s delicious. Can I taste it? Mhm. That would make your guest
smile. healthy, delicious, quick. I hope you enjoyed this
video. Give me a like, subscribe, and I will link below in description all related
similar recipes. And see you next time. Bye.
