コストコ購入品で作る3日間の朝夜ご飯とお弁当🍱簡単レシピ紹介|子どもと猫との暮らし
I’m heading to Costco today. It’s cooler, but I’ll bring ice packs with me just in case. I left my cardboard box there! But first, I need to fill my stomach. I went to “Menno Haru,” which I missed last week. My usual chicken broth ❤️. They have three types of pork, but the chicken is so delicious, and the soup is so good I drank it all. Delicious. I’ve arrived. I bought a lot, so I’ll introduce what I bought. Organic bananas. They’re bigger, sweeter, and more delicious than the ones at the supermarket. Leaf lettuce. Milk. My kids drink it every morning, so I buy it multiple times. Olive oil. Sangen pork belly. Prosciutto. Domestic chicken wings. Fresh dumplings. Potato hot dogs . Häagen-Dazs mini cups. Four flavors: strawberry, custard pudding, vanilla, and cookies & cream. I’ll eat them secretly and cherish them. Frozen raw shrimp . Atlantic salmon belly. Domestic chicken thighs. Pineapple sticks. Navel oranges. Sushi for dinner tonight. Danish chocolate cornet, a repeat purchase. 25 newly released caramel beignets. They were like donuts and delicious. I didn’t have any eggs in stock, so I bought two packs. Oikos Vanilla. I put them in a box, but I’m worried that it won’t fit. Shine Muscat Konjac Jelly. Konjac jelly for when I’m feeling a bit hungry. I also bought this jelly at Costco. It tastes better frozen, so I’ll freeze it. Nanox is another repeat purchase. It was eaten the moment I took my eyes off it. Black Thunder. Tabekko Aquarium. Pocky. Ikaten Setouchi Lemon. I ‘m a repeat purchase of all the snacks. Before I knew it, it was evening. I drank some Bizu to recharge my energy. I stored the eggs in a Nitori case. Two of them were in their packs, and the rest, stacked, fit 40 eggs. They’re heavy. Oranges, my first purchase. They’re big. I got 10 in total, about 140 yen each. I’ll chill them and serve them for breakfast tomorrow. I’ll display three because they’re cute. 🍊 Since we’re making sushi, I only need to make soup. It’s a clear soup with enoki mushrooms and green onions. Japanese dashi, sake, light soy sauce, and salt. Done. I love Costco’s sushi because the rice and toppings are large and satisfying. Plus, it’s cheaper than going to a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant, so it’s a relief. Let’s eat! Let’s eat! My son also had meat. The flounder, which wasn’t included before, was delicious. For dessert, we had caramel beignets. The caramel was delicious. My son said he was hungry even after eating 2.5 servings of sushi, so we had potato hot dogs for a midnight snack. The instructions said to microwave for 1 minute 10 seconds, but it was still hard, so I extended it and it was still a bit soggy. Toasting it in the toaster might make it crispier and more delicious. He’s also eating udon. His appetite is scary. Today is my son’s lunch box day. I’ll start with cabbage namul. Chop the potatoes roughly and microwave for 3 minutes. The noise is from Uni-chan running a race 🐈. It suddenly switches on and starts running at full speed. Soak the potatoes in water. You can boil eggs in a Geo Product pot with a small amount of water. Microwave the potatoes for 3 minutes. Drain the cabbage and add chicken stock, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the tuna and sesame seeds. Once the potatoes are soft, fry them in butter. I also added corn. Salt and black pepper. My kids love this butter-grilled dish. Chicken thighs. There are two pieces, so I froze one. Cut the other into bite-sized pieces and separate them into plastic bags. Add ginger, garlic, sake, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Season the fried chicken and freeze it for lunch boxes. Season the other piece with salt, pepper, and potato starch. Make teriyaki . While the chicken is cooking, make some coffee. Once both sides are cooked, add sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Once the sauce is mixed in, remove the meat and simmer for a bit. Once it has cooled, stuff it. Sprinkle salt on the boiled eggs and add plenty of sauce. Top with plum sprinkles and it’s done. For breakfast, we had Danish chocolate cornets. Lightly toasting them makes them crispy and delicious. The side dishes for breakfast were the same as those in our lunch boxes. My daughter had half a piece, and my son had one and a half. I usually add Milo, but today I just used milk. Garnish with an orange, and it’s done! 🍊 Have a great day. Ice packs and frozen jelly. Don’t forget your chopsticks. I got ready and returned to the kitchen. I wrap each chocolate cornet in plastic wrap and freeze them. When ready to eat, I toast them while they’re still frozen. Defrosting the beignets in the microwave melts the caramel inside, making them delicious. They taste like donuts, so the kids loved them. They were quite sweet, so one was enough for me. I freeze the chicken wings in the bag. I use them in soup, grill them, or deep-fry them. Sea urchin hairs appear out of nowhere 🐱. I cut the pork belly into portions. It was 168 yen per 100g. It seems like the price has gone up since before. But it’s still cheaper than my local supermarket. I put them in a zip-top bag and put it in the freezer. The chicken thighs are all different sizes, so I take them out and cut them into individual portions. I have work that requires me to go out today, so I’ll just come here. I use a Stanley tumbler at home and outside. It’s convenient because I can drink with one hand. Before I know it, it’s evening. I’m making wakame seaweed and egg soup with dashida. Today I’m making Taiwanese sweet and sour pork. I accidentally chopped onions and carrots, even though I didn’t need them, so I thought it would be okay to add them. I finely chopped the garlic. I used one block of pork shoulder and froze the rest. It’s convenient because you can make roast pork, tonteki, tonkatsu, and more. Cut into bite-sized pieces and season with ginger, garlic, sake, and soy sauce. I wanted to make a shrimp and avocado aurora salad, so I cut up the avocado and was shocked. But I was in the mood for aurora sauce, so I made this with tomatoes and cucumbers. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, and garlic. Mix and it’s done. This rice oil is also from Costco, but they didn’t have it this time. Deep-fry the vegetables. Next to them, fry the garlic and chili peppers. Add sake, soy sauce, chicken stock, and sugar. Add vinegar and the sauce is ready. Coat the seasoned meat in potato starch and fry. Gyoza, about 17 yen each. They’re delicious, easy to make, and convenient. Add the green onions and meat to the sweet and sour pork sauce, mix, and it’s done. Today, I’m serving them on a large platter. Finally, I fry the gyoza until crispy in sesame oil. Meanwhile, serve the soup. It turned out delicious. Let’s eat, let’s eat. The vegetables were tasty, too, so this was fine. There’s still a little time before breakfast, so I’ll relax with Uni-chan 🤍. I love this quiet time in Asano. It’s time to make dinner. Today’s miso soup is made with onions and tofu. I like it soft and mushy, so I simmer it until it’s soft. I’ve been seeing a lot of lettuce with roots lately. I usually buy it at the supermarket for around 200 yen, so 498 yen for three is a great deal. I washed it using a salad spinner and drained it thoroughly. I mixed some delicious vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, soy sauce, and crazy salt. I made a simple salad with broccoli, purple onion, and prosciutto. I chilled it in the refrigerator. To finish off the miso soup, I added the miso, which dissolves quickly. Another dish is shirataki noodles. I boil them for 3 minutes, then cut them into bite-sized pieces and grill them without oil. Once the water has evaporated, I add sake, white dashi stock, turn off the heat, and add Costco mentaiko barako. I add dashi soy sauce, and the shirataki mentaiko is complete. I prefer the mentaiko undercooked. I serve it before making the main course. Simmer mirin, brown sugar, soy sauce, and garlic. Once thickened, the sauce is ready. Today’s main dish is Nagoya-style chicken wings, as requested. Chicken wing meat is easier to eat than chicken tips, so I made it with chicken wings. Deep-fry them and coat them in the sauce. Sprinkle pepper on both sides and it’s done. It goes well with rice and beer. My son shredded them, put them on rice, and poured the sauce over them. The adults had shirataki noodles and shiso leaves. Let’s eat! Let’s eat. I thought I’d eat it elegantly from the side since we were filming, but it’s actually more delicious to hold the chicken wings in your hands and bite into them 😂. おはようございます😊毎週楽しみにしてます。ayaさんはコストコによく行かれますが、冷凍庫などは空に近いくらいになるのですか?私は近くのスーパーで買ったものもストックしていくので、なかなかスカッと空きません😅冷凍冷蔵庫がキッチンに2つと引き出し式の冷凍庫が1つありますが、どれも結構入ってます。きっちり使い切れる献立を考えれるようになりたいです😂コツなどありましたら、お願いします✨️
