秋の味覚を楽しむ🍁🌰栗ごはんと秋刀魚のペペロンチーノ

The autumn sky was clear and refreshing. Until a week ago, I could get by in short sleeves, but it suddenly got cold. I quickly got out long-sleeved clothes for the children, and since I get cold easily, I also changed to long-sleeved underwear . It’s the change of seasons. I have to be careful not to catch a cold. My daughter’s nasal voice is already starting to sound a bit strange…I ‘m relieved that her elementary school sports day went off without anybody getting sick, but we have a series of events with the other children’s matches and my eldest son’s school trip, so I ‘ll have to do my best to take care of myself.I removed the safety netting from the handrail on the second floor above the stairs.It ‘s been seven years since the house was built, and it’s the first time I’ve seen the handrail , just looking at it feels so fresh.We’ll still be using it as a laundry drying space, so it’s basically out of sight, though.I’m making lunch today.Today’s dish is sanma and ginger peperoncino.I filleted the sanma and removed as many of the small bones as I could, seasoned it with salt and pepper, coated it with flour and grilled it in a frying pan with olive oil.There is a delicious Italian restaurant nearby and all the pasta they serve is excellent, but the sanma and ginger pasta I had the other day was delicious and amazing.Rice goes well with sanma! This overturned my preconception and made me want to eat it again, so I decided to give it a try.I stir- fried garlic, ginger, and bird’s eye chili.The restaurant had mizuna (potherb mustard greens), but I had some mitsuba (Japanese parsley) in the fridge, so I added that.I added a ladleful of pasta water and mixed the pasta, and it was done.I saved half of the pacific saury and will mix it into my rice balls tomorrow.It doesn’t taste as good as the restaurant version, but the refreshing spiciness of the delicious ginger goes well with the pacific saury.It smells nice.Today ‘s snack is shaved bread with the skin on a chestnut.I found this in a shop and couldn’t resist buying it.It ‘s so delicious… I’ll eat some delicious food and read a book. Happy time. Tonight’s dinner is chestnut rice. My oldest son requested it, but my daughter and youngest son will probably hate it because it’s white rice. I always think it’s a hassle when my siblings have such different food preferences , but when I was a child, my mother would always tell me that it was a hassle because my brother and I had different tastes. Now I understand how hard my mother worked. I used to say I’d never been involved in idol activities, but for the first time in my life, I found a group I liked so much that I joined a fan club . It’s a girl group called HANA. I never imagined I’d join someone’s fan club. I want these girls to always be smiling. I feel like a mother, thinking, “I want these girls to always be smiling.” I’ve been listening to HANA’s songs for a long time, so my kids naturally start humming along, and they’re like, “HANA is on TV!” She comes to teach me, “ Listening to the songs gives me energy, seeing HANA makes me happy, my days are colorful and a little more fun , and I feel that life becomes richer when I have more things I like.” Today’s miso soup is miso soup with deep-fried tofu and green seaweed.Seasoned with two eggs, 400ml of dashi stock, and a little salt, soy sauce, and mirin.It ‘s easier to make chawanmushi on a large plate, so I’ve been making it on a large plate recently.It doesn’t fit in the steamer, so I steam it in a frying pan.Chestnuts that have been soaked in hot water. Peeling the skin is tiring work, but it makes for delicious chestnut rice. I simmer the maitake mushrooms and onions with beef, sake, mirin, and soy sauce over the fire and then eat them. Then there’s teriyaki yellowtail. This was also a request from my eldest son . I struggle every day with what to cook, so it’s helpful when he requests it every now and then. Fish is expensive, so we tend to have a lot of meat days. The yellowtail on this day was also expensive, so I hesitated to buy it, but he said, “It’s been a while since I’ve had teriyaki yellowtail!” so I splurged. After filming this video, I went shopping another day and found that the yellowtail was on sale, at less than half the price it was on that day, which was frustrating. My eldest son is happy when people request it, and he understands my tendency to make the same menu frequently, so he warned me, “Don’t make too much teriyaki yellowtail!” but I still buy it when it’s cheap. Then I finish it off before eating.

    秋ならではのお料理素敵です。我が家も生栗をいただいたので、渋皮煮を作りました。大変な作業ですが、栗の美味しさを味わえると思うと頑張れますよね。美味しいものを食べて体調管理がんばりましょうね!
